Course Fees
Please note that we cannot guarantee to hold places open if payments have not been received by the requested dates.
Unfortunately, we have experienced problems where places have been held open at the request of members and subsequently not taken up. We do have a waiting list for most classes and the knock on effect is that some people have been turned down on the strength of these places being reserved without payment.
Payments may be made on a club night or by sending them to the Treasurer, Allison Burrows at 16 Hindhead Way, Wallington, Surrey, SM6 8PD. We also have the facility to pay online and details of how to do this will be in your renewal letter.
Letters for the term starting in January 2012 will be sent out shortly and payment must be received before Christmas to ensure places are guaranteed. If payment is not received, places will not be reserved and may be given to new members who are on our waiting list.

Thursday classes resume on January 5th for an 11 week course.
Monday classes resume on 9th January for an 11 week course.
Competition class is at Westerham with Indiria. Details to follow.

Recommences 10th January.
Tuesday evenings from 7.30pm.
Instructor: Jeni Wiggins.
Class fee £4 per dog.
Payable weekly.

Help Help Help.....
The club is in urgent need of help to enable classes to run effectively. Those attending classes at the end of an evening/afternoon are asked to help clear up (sweeping up and folding the mat away). Also we need more volunteers to take registration and generally assist our instructors which would involve attending for the whole evening/afternoon – this could be split with someone else if necessary – on a rota basis. Email Database
We are currently drawing up an email data base of members email addresses in order to improve the communication process to everybody. We have recently been sending out some test messages and if you have not received one or have not provided us with your email address, please would you contact us with this as soon as possible.
Treats
Due to increased costs our club treats will be going up to £1.50 per box from 1 January 2012. Sorry.
